1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using noCabins, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to both candidates and employers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use noCabins. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Candidate accounts

  • You may create one candidate account per person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Your interview conversation with SethAI must be honest and represent your own experience. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
  • You control what background information you share. Background questions are always optional.
  • You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

4. Employer accounts

  • Employer accounts require verification. Access is granted only after our team has verified your company details.
  • You must use a company email address. Personal email providers are not accepted.
  • Employer accounts are for legitimate hiring purposes only.
  • You may not use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for open roles at your company.
  • Misuse of candidate information may result in permanent account termination.

5. Use of SethAI

SethAI is an AI system designed to conduct competency interviews. It may make mistakes or produce assessments that are imperfect. noCabins does not guarantee that SethAI's assessment of any candidate is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific hiring decision. Employers remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:
  • Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
  • Attempt to manipulate or deceive SethAI to obtain a false profile rating.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish candidate or employer data from noCabins.
  • Use noCabins to discriminate against candidates based on any protected characteristic.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The noCabins platform, logo, and SethAI system are owned by noCabins. Your interview content belongs to you. By submitting it, you grant noCabins a licence to use it to generate your profile and match you with employers. We do not claim ownership of your experiences or work history.

8. Disclaimers

noCabins is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement, employer responses, or interview accuracy. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers using our platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@nocabins.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
