• Interview conversations: the messages you exchange with SethAI during your competency interview.
• Profile data: your target role, expertise notes, ownership signals, and motivation — extracted by SethAI from your conversation.
• Employer information: company name, website, CIN/GST number, and contact details provided during signup.
• Usage data: pages visited, timestamps, and browser information for security and service improvement.

• To run your AI competency interview and build your candidate profile.
• To match your competency profile with relevant employer requirements.
• To verify employer accounts and prevent misuse.
• To send you transactional emails (account approval, interview completion).
• To improve our AI model and platform quality — only using anonymised, aggregated data.

We share your profile with employers only when there is a competency match, and only the information relevant to hiring (role, scores, SethAI assessment). We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic: to power SethAI interview conversations.
• Google OAuth: for optional sign-in.
• PostgreSQL hosting provider: for secure data storage.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Object to processing of your data for matching purposes.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
